The attached Photos are of a Design & Build Project carried out last year on behalf of the owner direct.

  The New construction of 18nr  ”Boutique  style “Bedrooms Budget £550k

and a fully updated and fitted restaurant £300K.

• Firstly we discussed the Project and requirements with the Client,
• We were then retained to Cost budget the Project as per the original design,
• Provided a rationalised revised design , to suite the clients funding ,
• Willow Estimating were tasked to  Provide Cost budget data,
• We then  prepared a Full Bill of Quantities and rated out to value the project agreed design.
• Provide Cost information for the Clients Bank,
• Assisted in providing financial data to enable the client to obtain Grant (Partial) Funding,
• Progress the project though Building Regulations,
• Obtain the Services of specialist consultants,
• Offer Construction solutions.

Maughan Reynolds Partnership Ltd:- of Gateshead:-for the  Foundation and Building Engineering Solutions,

Rockwell Construction Services Ltd:-  On site day to day project management,

 Iles Consulting LLP :- for Heating and Electrical design work.

Void Design:- Retained to Stylise and finalise the Fit Out and design concept

of the Bedrooms and Fixtures and Bar Fittings
